As we’re all thanking JJ Abrams, as we should, let’s all remember that we should also thank Carrie Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd who played Kaydel Connix in TFA and TLJ, and gave JJ permission to bring Leia back.

Ok…but does anyone else think how wild it’s gonna be in what, 50 years, when our kids are casually watching movies from 2016-2018+? They probably won’t see all of the seeped in politics and problems. Black Panther’s last comment about walls, Rose saying the words about love not hate in The Last Jedi, the words about sides and walls and change. In tv shows, and books, and maybe even in internet memes we see the rhetoric.
Even if they learn what was going on, will they ever really know? Will they ever really realize just how heavy it hung on all of us?
