How about instead of another Gilmore revival they do a spinoff. Jess moves back to Stars Hollow to help Luke at the diner. That’s it. Just a whole show of endless Jess and Luke banter, cute uncle and nephew moments and endless amounts of Luke losing his mind because he thought his nephew had grown out of these antics but ‘sorry uncle Luke you must bring it out in me’
