He “won’t do anything until he gets consent”, but he forces that consent via a hidden fingerprint scanner, unbeknownst to the person he’s getting with until the fingerprint has already signed a contract that they haven’t even read. ”The Gang Escapes” contained the extreme fingerprint example, but Dennis has always shaped sexual situations in ways where he is ensured “consent” but only because his victim feels like they cannot say no, like everything he’s said about cornering women on boats, for example.
